Joshua Lyons Marketing was created in 2015. In May of 2024 it was rebranded to Your Whos. This agency helps B2B service providers, such as marketing agencies, business coaches, and others. Your Whos provides outsourced marketing and business/strategic planning to those who work with small business owners. The agency does NOT work directly for the small businesses we serve. As a result, Your Whos is positioned as a complement, rather than a competitor, to marketing agencies and other B2B businesses.
After launching Joshua Lyons Marketing (Your Whos) in 2015 I came across a challenge. Sometimes the businesses we worked with would experience a problem with marketing that we couldn't really assist with. Specifically, they would get more leads than they could handle. Or, they couldn't keep up with fulfilling what their buyers purchased. These aren't problems with marketing. They're problems with business management. But these challenges negatively impact marketing performance. To resolve this issue I developed a software called 4in10. This is a "business growth platform." 4in10 provides business owners the means to effectively manage their businesses.

They need professional development and accountability. That's where BIG Relationships (BIG) comes into play. In 2023, with the assistance of three others, I co-founded BIG. This relationship-based networking organization specifically assists with professional development and accountability. BIG provides peer-based accountability, workshops, networking and more. And it's priced to be accessible to businesses of all sizes.
I love being connected to business owners and professionals, personally providing them value, in-person. The best way to do this at scale is through training. This can be for an entrepreneur, sales team, or someone else. Different types of training are appropriate for different audiences. But they are always related to business. Every business owner who wants to grow will need to develop key relationships. They need a great relationship with themself (they need to know who they are and what they want). Also, they need great relationships with others. This could include team members, vendors, clients and others. But, they often lack clarity on what they want, who they need, and how to move forward. I offer a two-part relationship development package. The first part focuses on their relationship with themself. The second part focuses on their relationship with others. After receiving this personalized strategic guidance the business owner has clear action-steps on how to better achieve their goals.
My wife once told me she read a study showing that when tested, most children are geniuses. But as they age, the percentage of genius children lowers. I believe that's partially due to the education system we currently have. I don't want my children to be average, like most other children who are given the same academic education. I believe there should be a better system. My education system is being designed around the student, to help them become the best individual they can be. I have built effective systems for creating profitable businesses. Now I am building an effective system for developing my children. And this same system will be made available for every other child and adult who wants a more personalized academic journey.
As a person who's built several successful businesses from the ground up, I love helping others do the same. One way to assist others is through presentations at conferences and business events. My greatest areas of passion are centered around entrepreneurialism, networking and purpose.
I've had the pleasure of presenting at various events throughout the southeast, and have been publicly speaking since 1994. I know how much professional speakers have benefited me over the years, and I always appreciate the opportunity to give back in the same way.
