How it Works

Become a JV candidate by starting with a pilot round of 50 to 100 participants. While small, this first cohort sets the stage for significantly larger ones. The training is easily valued at $2,500 per person, but priced at just $700 to make it accessible for the startup-minded. This first round helps establish proof, create buzz, and build immediate traction in the value you’re offering to your network.

Use the momentum of the first cohort’s success stories to launch additional training rounds and optionally introduce a complementary business training program. That training is included for anyone who subscribes to the 4in10 platform, which is $250 per month or $2,000 per year. By default, JV candidates and partners earn 50% of subscription revenue, creating recurring passive income. If desired, JVs can reduce their commission and pass along the difference as a discount to increase conversions. Even with a 10% discount, a JV can earn $1 million per year in passive income with only 834 monthly subscribers. This positions you to deliver exceptional value while generating meaningful long-term revenue.

Depending on your focus area, there may be ways to align the training content to increase conversion rates, elevate your core offer, or spark collaborations with other vetted JV partners. Only ten JV partners will be accepted in 2025. Each one is hand selected and personally vetted by Josh for fit, character, and alignment. This creates a highly exclusive network of influential leaders who support one another and share a common desire to help business owners grow.

If you are confident that you can bring in at least 850 unique individuals to the training during 2025, you are likely a strong fit for this opportunity. Your audience might come from one main source or a few overlapping communities. The first step is to run a small cohort of 50 to 100 participants. That gives you a chance to gauge interest, collect feedback, and determine whether you want to scale from there. If it goes well and the numbers make sense, you will be eligible for exclusivity in your field.

Once you complete your first cohort and confirm your ability to enroll 850 or more participants in 2025, you will receive a one-year exclusivity agreement for your area of specialization. That means no other JV partners will be invited to promote the same training nationally to a similar audience. After that year, Josh may consider others in your field but strongly prefers not to. You will not lose exclusivity unless you are unable to fill subsequent cohorts. In that case, the opportunity for exclusivity in your area of specialization may be secured by someone else in your field. To maintain exclusivity, a larger second cohort should launch within 60 days of finishing your pilot.

There is no downside. If you do the first cohort and decide not to continue, nothing is lost. Josh will simply make the opportunity available to others in your space. If the pilot goes well and you want to scale, you get priority consideration for exclusivity. You are not taking a risk. You are testing an opportunity with high upside and very low pressure.

You promote the training to your audience using a unique registration link that Josh provides. He handles all the logistics including registration, payment processing, delivery, and fulfillment. You have full transparency on who signs up. Payout happens after the first training session is completed. The training consists of four two-hour sessions delivered every other week. Your only role is helping the right people say yes and making sure they get to the right place.
